Advancing the Future of Social Work —With Ethics, Clarity, and Compassion
Built by a Social Worker, for Human-Centered Change
The AI Social Worker was created to help social workers navigate advances in practice—without sacrificing care. With a foundation in ethical standards for human services professionals, we provide tools and training to support those doing the real, hard, transformative work every day.
Our mission is to help you work smarter, feel supported, and stay grounded in your values as the profession evolves.
Meet Dr. Marina Badillo- Diaz, the Visionary Behind AI Social Worker
A note from the founder
I didn’t start The AI Social Worker because I loved tech.
I started it because I loved the work and I wanted to support my fellow community of social workers.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and social work professor who came into this field the way so many of us do: through lived experience. A family member’s autism diagnosis showed me early on just how broken the systems were. I promised myself I’d become someone who made a difference. And I did until burnout, outdated systems, and administrative overload started getting in the way.
I wasn’t just tired. I was grieving the version of social work I believed in.
The turning point? Realizing AI wasn’t the enemy—it was a tool. When guided by ethical standards, it could actually bring us closer to the work we care about.
I created The AI Social Worker to make those advances in social work accessible to real social workers, not just tech experts. This is about reclaiming your time, protecting your energy, and staying connected to the mission that brought you here.
Because this isn’t just about the future of social work, it’s about protecting its core value of connection at the center.

Rooted in Ethics. Designed for Real-World Social Work
AI should never replace the human connection. At The AI Social Worker, we believe that innovation should never come at the cost of integrity. Every template, prompt, and training is built around the ethical standards for human services professionals and shaped by real experience in the field.
Here’s what guides us:
Ethical Practice
Because values aren’t negotiable. Everything begins and ends with ethics. Training, tools, and guidance are all rooted in social work principles and designed to uphold client dignity and practitioner integrity.
Advocacy
Because this is more than training. It is a movement. This brand doesn’t just equip social workers—it fights for them. It’s about reclaiming your time, voice, and role in a system that often asks too much.
Empowerment
Because social workers give everything—and deserve something back. Every lesson, workshop, and guide is created to build confidence and control, not overwhelm. No jargon, no gatekeeping. Just clarity.
Accessibility
Because tech doesn’t need to be cold or complicated. AI should be easy to understand and apply. Training is clear, inclusive, and built for beginners—no tech background required.
Human Connection
Because the work is human. Always. AI isn’t here to replace care—it’s here to make room for more of it. This brand helps social workers return to what matters most: people.
